Our facilities are conveniently located near 3 major interstates in modern industrial parks. We offer not only storage and distribution services, but leased space for both offices and warehousing.
Our facilities are secured with 24 hour monitored security systems, video-taped surveillance, sprinkler systems and more. Each facility has hydraulic docks for easy loading and unloading of trailers, regardless of truck height. Each of our facilities offer pallet rack storage, bulk storage and vehicle storage.
Our Binghamton Facility, which is also our corporate headquarters, offers a wide array of storage options, including our climate controlled Record Storage Center, Household Goods Storage, Palletized Storage, and Refrigerated Storage Area.
Our Kirkwood Facility contains over 120,000 square feet of storage space. Utilizing both Double Deep Pallet Rack Storage and Bulk Storage systems, we can offer the densest form of palletized storage while still providing the selectivity needed to operate an efficient distribution system. The building also offers over 15 dock doors and over 2,000 square feet of quality office space.
Each facility is equipped with both electric forklift equipment and LPG forklift equipment. Capacities range from 2,000 pound forklifts to 15,500 pound lifts. In addition, each facility has dedicated battery change out areas for charging and watering of the batteries. All of our warehouse personnel are fully certified on all of the equipment operated within our buildings as per OSHA requirements.
